Álvaro Villacampa
Álvaro has been advising foreign companies and individuals for over 11 years, helping them achieve their goals in Spain.
He has been a practicing lawyer since 2013 and holds a Law degree from the University of Zaragoza.
In a constantly evolving global environment, his experience includes legal advice on all types of investments, the establishment of branches in Spain, as well as the management of visas and residence permits for foreign investors, with nearly 3,500 applications processed to date.
Diego Zapatero
With over 10 years of experience, Diego holds an LLM from IE Law School and brings a strong background working as a lawyer in English law firms. Luis Sánchez
Luis brings over 40 years of experience as a solicitor, establishing himself as one of Spain’s foremost specialists in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law. Over the course of his career, he has advised property developers, construction companies, and architectural practices, playing an active role in urban development projects and providing legal representation across the construction and property sectors.
Prior to joining Golden Partners, Luis served as General Counsel at the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM) before founding his own legal practice, where he and his team provided exclusive advisory and representation services to COAM and its registered architects. Ángel Sánchez
Ángel Sánchez is a Partner at Golden Partners and a Real Estate and urban planning lawyer with over a decade of experience advising international investors on property acquisitions across Spain. His extensive background provides him with an in-depth understanding of the Spanish Real Estate market, having been involved in high-value transactions and projects linked to residency-by-investment programs such as the Golden Visa.
