Álvaro Villacampa
Álvaro has been advising foreign companies and individuals for over 11 years, helping them achieve their goals in Spain.
He has been a practicing lawyer since 2013 and holds a Law degree from the University of Zaragoza.
In a constantly evolving global environment, his experience includes legal advice on all types of investments, the establishment of branches in Spain, as well as the management of visas and residence permits for foreign investors, with nearly 3,500 applications processed to date.
Diego Zapatero
With over 10 years of experience as a lawyer and a Law degree from the Autonomous University, Diego specializes in litigation across various courts, handling civil cases related to construction, engineering, defective products, and data protection.

Luis Sánchez
Luis brings over 40 years of experience as a solicitor, establishing himself as one of Spain’s foremost specialists in Real Estate and Urban Planning Law. Over the course of his career, he has advised property developers, construction companies, and architectural practices, playing an active role in urban development projects and providing legal representation across the construction and property sectors.
Prior to joining Golden Partners, Luis served as General Counsel at the Official College of Architects of Madrid (COAM) before founding his own legal practice, where he and his team provided exclusive advisory and representation services to COAM and its registered architects. His extensive career combines senior management experience with litigation practice, offering a comprehensive understanding of Real Estate and financial operations.
A Law graduate from the Complutense University of Madrid, with additional studies in Accounting and Financial Analysis, Luis contributes a solid legal and technical foundation that strengthens the firm’s integrated counsel in Real Estate and urban planning law.
Ángel Sánchez
Ángel Sánchez is a Partner at Golden Partners and a Real Estate and urban planning lawyer with over a decade of experience advising international investors on property acquisitions across Spain. His extensive background provides him with an in-depth understanding of the Spanish Real Estate market, having been involved in high-value transactions and projects linked to residency-by-investment programs such as the Golden Visa.
Combining legal precision with strategic insight, Ángel offers comprehensive counsel to private clients, investment funds, and financial institutions, helping them structure secure and profitable Real Estate investments. He provides legal services in Spanish and English.
Raúl Trujillo
Raúl specializes in civil law, with a particular focus on real estate in all its facets, as well as contentious matters. He has over 10 years of experience in this field, following his tenure at the prestigious law firm Cuatrecasas.
Throughout his professional career, Raúl has achieved significant national rulings before the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court, participated in major real estate transactions, and has been or is part of the external advisory team for cooperatives, REITs, and various top-tier companies in the real estate sector.
