Obtaining the Spanish Golden Visa is intended for non-EU citizens hoping to obtain residence in Spain.

To obtain a residence visa for investors and entrepreneurs, you must make an investment in Spain for a value equal to or greater than any of the followings:

500,000 euros

minimum net investment in Real Estate Properties. They can be properties of any type (flats, premises, land, etc.), and valid both to reside or to be used as an investment.

1,000,000 euros

for shares with a real business activity or in shareholdings in Spanish capital companies

1,000,000 euros

in investment funds, venture capital funds or closed-end investment funds in Spain.

in bank deposits in financial institutions on the Spanish territory.

in Spanish public debt securities

The application for the Golden Visa can be made at the Embassies and Consulates of the country of origin or directly from Spain if you can come as a Tourist.

Likewise, in order to obtain a residence permit in Spain you must qualify through the Large Business and Strategic Groups Unit (UGE-CE).
